Give up your TV Addiction

I admit it. I have a TV addiciton. Not my own shows, mind you. I’m addicted to Nick Jr and Sprout. I even watch certain children’s shows when my kids are out of the house! When I first came to this conclusion I surfed around the net (another addiction!) for some tips on how I could curb my craving and set a good example for the kids. Keep a list of tasks around to keep your mind off the TV.
